The 2024 Chablis Fôrets 1er Cru is a little stonier and reserved compared to the Vaillons from barrel. This has very fine delineation. The palate is fresh and crisp, with a twist of sour lemon lending tension and a lovely, ginger-tinged finish that lingers in the mouth. There’s great length here. This is very classy.
