The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain is a classy, elegant wine. It shows all the finesse of Spring Mountain, with a fair amount of tannin. Dark red/purplish fruit, lavender, rose petal, spice and blood orange open with some reluctance. The Spring Mountain Cabernet is usually more sensual and approachable in the early going.
