The 2023 Santenay Les Gravières 1er Cru has (again) a neutral bouquet with crushed stone infusing the light pear and green apple scents. The palate is well balanced, fresh and saline with a crisp line of acidity and a vibrant finish. The marl soils are really articulated in this mineral-driven Santenay. [Neal Martin, 01/01/2025]
