The NV (2018) Extra-Brut Ay La Cote Faron soars out of the glass. Vertical and explosive, La Cote Faron embodies the essence of Ay. Red fruits, chalk, white pepper, mint and dried flowers are some of the many notes that open over time. La Cote Faron is the original Selosse lieu-dit.
