“The 2023 Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah Maus Vineyard is a powerful, dense wine. Dark-toned fruit, leather, incense, tobacco, licorice and dried herbs are all amplified in the glass. The 2023 packs a pretty serious punch. It’s one of the bolder, more extroverted wines I have tasted from Newfound. There’s a lot to explore here.
