The 2023 Spätburgunder Dalsheimer Bürgel Grosses Gewächs is initially redolent of reduction. Underneath that, red cherry beckons with ripeness and smoothness. The palate is right away silky, bright and flowing. There is something tender, creamy and charmingly red-fruited that brings tart berry and cherry notes.
