Drop-dead gorgeous, the 2022 Paderewski Vineyard wafts up with a confectionary blend of lavender pastille, violets and crushed blackberries, contrasted by hints of wet stone. This is more savory than sweet, with sleek textures and racy acidity that propels its tart wild berry fruits across the palate. It becomes nearly salty through the finish, leaving the mouth watering for more as a tinge of sour citrus lingers on. The Paderewski is a wine of contrasts. I love it.
