The 2021 Chambolle-Musigny Village, which lost 50% of the crop (less than the Côte de Beaune), has a sensual and focused bouquet with crushed strawberry, redcurrant, sous-bois and just a touch of graphite. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy red fruit; there’s a nicely bitter edge to this Chambolle with a peppery finish that doesn’t outstay its welcome. [Neal Martin, 01/05/2023]
