The 2019 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru has a perfumed bouquet of orange blossom, crushed rock, hints of dried honey and white flowers, wonderfully definined. The palate is vibrant and intense on the entry, offering orange peel, touches of spice and even a faint touch of licorice. One of the most complex Chablis you will find in 2019, it feels very persistent on the finish, the mouth tingling with mineralité long after the wine has departed. Outstanding.
