Deep, bright red; the darkest of this 2010s. Lovely floral lift to the aromas of black cherry and crushed stone. Like liquid silk on entry, then suave and harmonious in the mid-palate, with cherry, black raspberry and mineral flavors given definition by well-integrated acidity. Finishes with substantial noble tannins and outstanding length. In a distinctly more feminine style than the Cazetiers–hardly atypical for these two bottlings–but built for a slow evolution in bottle.
