Small Quantities of Aged Gems: Cos, Gaja, Salon, Yquem and More!

Think of today as a segue into this week’s Friday List: a treasure trove of small-quantity, aged gems from across the globe. We rushed this offer out after a flurry of weekend activity on our website, where wines were being scooped up faster than we could promote them. Needless to say, we expect much of this list to move quickly given the short quantities.

The highlights are plentiful, but Bordeaux, Champagne, and the Rhône truly take center stage. From Bordeaux, we’re thrilled to feature Cos, d’Yquem, Haut-Brion (the glorious 1989!), Lafite, Latour, and more—stretching all the way back to the legendary 1982 vintage. Champagne lovers will find standouts like Dom Pérignon, Krug, Philipponnat’s single-vineyard Clos des Goisses, and the highly coveted Salon. Meanwhile, the north and south of the Rhône deliver a stellar lineup with icons like Chave, Guigal, Jaboulet, and others.

Beyond that, there are rare gems from Egon Müller, Gaja, Giacosa, Giacomo Conterno, and Quintarelli. You’ll also spot fun whites from French legends such as Huet, Puffeney, and Vatan—names we seldom see!
