Provenance Matters:

DRC, Coche-Dury, Pierre Peters & Roulot

Hello Collectors,

For those that may have missed it, we added a substantial number of wines last week – many of which never made it into an offer and sold through before we could even get them into an email. It’s always worth keeping an eye on our New Arrivals, but fortunately there’s still plenty here worth your attention, including a strong new grouping of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, all of pristine provenance and impeccably sourced from our own storage.

Highlights include La Tâche from both 2015 and 2022, Richebourg 2015, Romanée-Conti in 2019 and 2022, and Romanée-Saint-Vivant Marey-Monge 2022. These are joined by wines we rarely see in any quantity, including Arnoux-Lachaux, Cécile Tremblay Beaux Monts, and a healthy run of Coche-Dury Meursault. Burgundy depth continues with Lafon, Duroche, Henri Germain, Michel Lafarge, Roulot, Gaunoux, Ramonet, Lamy-Caillat, and Prieuré Roch.

Outside Burgundy, there’s excellent range: mature Bordeaux led by 2005 Troplong Mondot, Grand-Puy-Lacoste, and Les Carmes Haut-Brion; Barolo Cerretta from Giacomo Conterno; Gonon Saint-Joseph; Jérôme Prévost La Closerie; Pierre Peters Les Chétillons; and benchmark Napa Cabernets from Dunn Howell Mountain and Scarecrow.
