Lafon, Quintarelli, Sandrone and More!
Marked as Safe to Drink
Hello Collectors,
How many times have you gone through the cellar and hemmed and hawed over what to drink, and whether it’s even ready? I’ll admit I do it all the time, which is exactly why I tend to buy multiple bottles. But wouldn’t it be helpful if, when you bought the wine, you already knew the right time to open it? I took care of that for you today.
Mind you, none of these bottles are in danger of going over the hill, but they are all sitting in that sweet spot. There are terrific White Burgundies from seemingly ageless vintages like 2007, 2008, and 2010. When they come from producers like Comtes Lafon, Faiveley, and Jadot, it only makes them that much better. Burgundy continues with Chevillon, Maltroye, Olivier Leflaive, and Roulot.
Italy shines brightly as well, with standout names outside of the two major regions taking center stage. Dal Forno, Giuseppe Quintarelli, Paolo Bea, and Valentini all make rare appearances and should not be missed. There is still plenty from Piedmont and Tuscany too, with Gaja, Giacosa, Masseto, Sandrone, and Solaia all ready to choose from. There is even more beyond these, so happy shopping!
