The lineup runs from Bourgogne Blanc made by some of the region’s most sought-after producers through village wines, premier crus, and grand crus. Highlights include Domaine Leflaive Chevalier-Montrachet in both 2012 and 2023, Bâtard-Montrachet from Jean-Noël Gagnard, Pierre Morey, and Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey, and Corton-Charlemagne from Louis Jadot, Etienne Delarche, Dominique Lafon, and PYCM.

Meursault is especially deep, with mature and recent vintages from Comtes Lafon, Antoine Jobard, Roulot, Pierre Morey, and PYCM. The Roulot selection alone stretches from Bourgogne Blanc and village Meursault through Charmes and multiple vintages of Clos des Bouchères.
