Unfortunately, the 100-point rating system isn’t what it once was. Château Montrose has become one of the hottest names in Bordeaux. This hallowed, historic estate has hit a stride that puts it in rare company. The 2020 vintage was a massive success and belongs alongside many of its great years. Having tasted it several times, this is easily the best wine they’ve made since the epic 1990 vintage.
