Our end-of-year sale has arrived! We’ve added a choice selection of new wines today – stock up now as the sale ends December 31! We’ve tasted each selection multiple times over the past year – some producers may be familiar, and some may be new to you, but all are wholeheartedly recommended! This is a rare opportunity to replenish your cellar for now and for after the holidays while securing wines some serious values across Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, the Rhône, Italy, Spain, and the US.

Bordeaux is represented by both heritage and accessibility, from the remarkable Château Palmer Historical XIXth Century Blend, a singular tribute to pre-phylloxera traditions, to attractively priced well-reviewed second labels such Le Petit Lion de Léoville Las Cases, Le Petit Mouton, and Les Griffons de Pichon Baron.

Burgundy anchors the offer with newly added Coche-Dury, Marquis d’Angerville’s Volnay Clos des Ducs and Meursault Santenots Blanc, Méo-Camuzet’s Richebourg and Aux Brûlées, and Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier’s Musigny underscores the depth of the list. Champagne completes the picture with one of our favorite rosés: J-M Sélèque’s Soliste Meunier, offering nuance and individuality beyond the grandes marques. I’ve loved opening this at a number of events this past year – it tends to go quickly so I know I will be re-stocking too!

Super Tuscan fans should grab the Tignanello, and we have a fantastic Italian lineup with Cascina Fontana’s Barolos, Poderi Colla’s Roncaglie Barbarescos, Monteraponi’s Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Bragantino, and Penna Curado (whose wines I have been drinking a lot of this holiday season!), while Spain’s Adega Damm Amandi bottlings from Ribeira Sacra provide striking, site-specific wines. One of the most exciting producers of the new age of the Jura is d’Angerville’s Domaine du Pelican, and discerning eyes will also note compelling New World inclusions from Rewa, J.H. Wheeler, LaRue, Morgen Long, and Trothe, all selected for balance and age-worthiness – and represent some of our current favorite US producers. They are also all drinking really well currently, so we won’t judge if you decide to open these now!
