The NV Brut Réserve Oubliée (2020 base) Réserve Oubliée is a selection of Cuvée de Réserve that spent an extra year on its lees and was aged on cork. The blend works very well in hiding some of the vegetal qualities of the base vintage while also adding a good deal of aromatic complexity. Apple tart, chamomile, dried flowers and ginger linger on the resonant, expressive close. Disgorged: October 2025. [Antonio Galloni, 05/31/2026]
