The NV (2019) Extra-Brut V.O. (Version Originale) is a remarkably elegant, polished wine despite its recent disgorgement. Silky and subtle in feel, the 2019-base wine is so incredibly elegant, especially in its mousse. The blend of vintages (2019, 2018, 2017) from mid-slope parcels in Avize, Cramant and Oger yields a focused, super-finessed V.O. Citrus peel, almond, white flowers and white pepper are some of the notes that grace this edition, one of the finest in recent memory. No dosage. Disgorged: January 9, 2025.
