The 2024 Vosne-Romanée Village is a blend of Champs Gouchins, Pré de la Folie, Chaladins and Croix Blanches. The aromatics are framed in a classical style, a little reserved with slightly darker/blacker fruit compared to the Les Lutenières. Just a hint of blue fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with a prickle of acidity on the entry. Modest weight, a little angular, with just a touch of white pepper towards the finish and tea leaves/bay leaf that lingers on the aftertaste. Fine. [Neal Martin, 01/01/2026]
