“The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is picturesque with stunningly gorgeous crystalline citrus tones on the nose along with focused and finessed aromas of underripe peach. The wine continues to uncoil and unwind, pouncing on the palate with precision. It has a light to medium-bodied core, energetic acidity and a succulent, food-friendly finish. This wine underwent extended lees aging to complete the delicate, creamy texture with long-lingering mineral essence. Only 432 bottles were produced.” [Anthony Mueller, 05/11/2023]
