The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To-Kalon Vineyard is stellar. Vertical and imposing, the 2021 captures all the brooding power of To Kalon in the more restrained style that is typical of Realm today. Creme de cassis, leather, lavender, mint and spice linger on the polished close. This is the first vintage that includes a touch of Cabernet Franc that was previously bottled separately and that adds a distinct floral/saline quality that is especially evident in the finish.
