A barrel sample, the deep purple-black colored 2019 Materium Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautifully nuanced nose of rose oil, bouquet garni, crushed rocks and cinnamon toast over a core of Morello cherries, fresh blackcurrants and black raspberries, plus a waft of forest floor. The full-bodied palate is perfumed with loads of floral and dried herbs accents lifting the dark, rich fruit, supported by finely grained tannins and soft acidity, finishing long and fragrant.
