The 2019 Chablis Montee de Tonnerre 1er Cru has quite an intense bouquet of orange blossom, mandarin and touches of peach, a little chalkiness developing with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a gentle opening, gradually building toward an energetic, tensile, saline and slightly bitter finish. Very good persistence on the aftertaste.
