The 2019 Barolo Brea Vigna Ca’ Mia is a huge, powerful Serralunga Barolo. Like all the other 2019s here, it needs a ton of air to start showing well. Even so, the 2019 is naturally an infant. Dark cherry/plum fruit, cloves, licorice and dried herbs appear gradually over time. I can’t wait to taste this again, maybe in another 7-10 years or so! [Antonio Galloni, 10/01/2023]
