The 2018 Brut Cuvée Spéciale Les Chétillons is a super-classic Peters Champagne. Bright and beautifully sculpted in the glass, the 2018 sizzles with tension. Lemon peel, chalk, mint, dried flowers, sage and oyster shell are some of the many notes that emerge over time. I especially admire the energy here. An archetype for Mesnil. Disgorged: July 2025.
