Another standout is the 2018 Chablis Grand Cru Blanchot, the most demonstrative of Raveneau’s grand cru bottlings out of the gates this year. Offering up notions of citrus oil, pastry cream, crisp apricot and blanched almonds, it’s medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping, with fine concentration and mid-palate amplitude, concluding with chalky grip.
