(Fichet had a solid yield here, as these vines were barely touched by frost): Pale yellow. Pungent aromas of lime blossom, fresh herbs and crushed stone. Juicy and refreshing but not austere or hard-edged. The lemon-limey finish reveals a slatey element. [Stephen Tanzer, 01/09/2017]
