Pale yellow. Aromas of lemon drop, pear and minerals show a strong overlay of oak char. Broad, tactile and nicely filled in, offering good intensity to its lemon, spicy oak and crushed stone flavors. At once juicy and rich, this wine finishes with very good spicy persistence and subtle stony minerality. Deeper and more vibrant than the Baudines, with more material to buffer its alcohol.
