(100% destemmed): Sexy, slightly exotic aromas of red fruits, white peach, smoke and flowers. Precise and energetic, conveying strong mineral energy to its tightly wound dark fruit and smoke flavors. In spite of the wine’s slightly exotic nose, it has the lowest pH of any of these 2013s and finished its malo last. In a very fresh, food-friendly style, leaving the salivary glands quivering.
