(bottled in July of 2013): Pale yellow. Less pure and floral on the nose than the 2013 version; in fact, a bit swampy. Broad and lightly peppery on the palate, but without the vivacity of the young ’13. Rather disappointing for what is generally a very good village wine: I wanted more ripeness of fruit.
