Light, bright yellow. Intense, mineral-accented citrus and orchard fruit aromas are complicated by notes of iodine, anise and white flowers. Puts on weight with air and offers pliant orange and pear flavors with a touch of refreshing bitterness. Closes silky and very long, with repeating spiciness and minerality.
