Layers of dark blue/black fruit, smoke, licorice, mocha, mint, violets and orange peel gradually unfold in a striking wine endowed with superb balance, class and nuance. Everything is wonderfully delineated, yet the 2011 has plenty of the richness Schrader fans are used to. Here it is the Clone 4 Cabernet Sauvignon that speaks with great eloquence.
