The 2011 Le Cran offers terrific freshness and a distinct savory edge. The apricot, chamomile, light honey and wild flower notes are nicely woven together. Although the 2011 Cran largely avoids the awkward green notes that afflict so many wines in this vintage, it also appears to be aging at a relatively fast pace. I would not push my luck with aging.
