(made from fruit picked at 22.7 Brix): Bright yellow. Explosive aromas of poached pear, candied ginger and mace, with suave florality and a hint of tarragon. Broad, palate-staining orchard and citrus fruit flavors show impressive depth and vivacity, with strong back-end snap.
