2008 Domaine Leflaive, Puligny-Montrachet 1x750ml

(just finished its malo) Bright yellow. Aroma of orange juice with a slight lactic note; less pristine and vibrant than the young 2009. Fat, full and sweet for village wine, with palate-saturating fruit. At the moment, though, the wine’s acidity seems a bit disjointed and there’s less energy than the 2009 is showing.
