This has a sublime nose of flint, wet stones with great definition although it just lacks a little vibrancy. The palate is well-balanced, very good ripeness, neutral at first and then revealing bitter lemon, lime zest and a stony quality more towards the back palate. One of those wines that I am sure would unfurl and reveal hidden nuances with more time. Still a great wine to commence a dinner with. Drink now-2015. Tasted December 2007. [Neal Martin, 12/01/2007]
