That's Amore

Hello Collectors,

We used to send out quite a few focused emails, but it felt like I was alienating large segments of our customer base. However, occasionally it does make sense, especially when we have an exceptional selection of wines from a particular country to share. Today’s offer includes a trio of 100-pointers and dozens more wines rated 95 or higher from Italy. What’s even better is that we have some of the hottest and most renowned names from their respective regions within the country.

The Tuscan selection may be concise, but it is certainly potent. We have two outstanding vintages of Solaia, one young and the other mature, both carrying a 97 rating. Following that, we offer a solid case of the 2010 Sassicaia, a wine that is just entering its prime years. Lastly, we close with a true gem from Montalcino, Poggio di Sotto’s Riserva from the esteemed 2010 vintage, and a 2002 Rosso de Bepi from Giuseppe Quintarelli, a mature “insider’s gem” that essentially embodies Amarone at a lower price point.

Piedmont dominates our selection, and for good reason—most of these wines should already be in your cellar! We feature the biggest names, including Gaja, Bartolo and Giuseppe Mascarello, G. Rinaldi, Vietti, and Burlotto. These are followed by rapidly rising stars like Alessandria, Vajra, and Elio Grasso, the latter being the newest member of the 100-point club! You simply cannot afford to miss out today.
