Perfect Blend

Hello Collectors,

We spend a lot of time crafting the text for each email because we think it’s incredibly important to highlight the great producers in each offer. There is a lot of wisdom that we can share, and we really hope that you enjoy reading what we write. Our usual informative email follows, but I’m going to suggest jumping to the bottom of the text to see the list of wines this week. It’s ok, go right ahead. Why? We don’t want you to miss out on something that will quickly sell out.

For those that either skipped past my recommendation, or for those that just kept on reading, this offer is crammed full of excellent wine. More importantly, wines from big names with age that are completely affordable too. This offer is dominated by Italian greatness. The best of Tuscany checklist boasts Solaia, Guado Al Tasso, Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Biondi-Santi and Soldera.  Bartolo Mascarello, Bruno Giacosa, Gaja and Aldo Conterno represent the heavy hitters of Piedmont, while the twin pillars of Veneto, Quintarelli and Dal Forno, have perfectly aged and remarkably rare offerings to bring to the table.

California brings an equally star-studded group to the offer, headlined by its own twin pillars- Screaming Eagle and Harlan. And with that Screaming Eagle is the remarkably rare Sauvignon Blanc! It’s followed by an exceptional mix of names like Bond, Dominus, Dunn, Marcassin, Opus One, Schrader, Sloan and Spottswoode.

France doesn’t want to be left out of this great pantheon, as Burgundy mixes in elite reds and whites like Arnaud Ente, DRC, Clos de Tart, Clos des Lambrays and more. The Rhone hits with 2 legends- Chave and Verset (in rare magnum format), and don’t miss Champagne’s trio of rare bottlings from incredible growers. Bordeaux caps off the French lineup with classifieds, and a cult favorite- Bel Air Marquis D’Aligre!
