The Friday List - 5/24/2024

Superzized

Hello Collectors,

There is so much going on with today’s Friday List, but one theme is consistent: there is an awful lot of amazing wine here. There are also a few massive bargains in today’s offer that any collector should not miss. Spanning a much broader spectrum of wines than ever before, I wanted to put together an offer that would catch your attention, even if you have already started your holiday weekend!

One of the big highlights of today’s offer is Bordeaux—both brand new (2023) and ready to fill your cellar. The list of 2023s is simply the best of the vintage, including the biggest bargain, Chateau Fieuzal. Click this link to see the full selection of 2023s available now! There is also a terrific selection of classified wines spanning 20 years that are in the bottle and ready to hit your cellar!

Speaking of huge values, we have an awesome price on “Baby Tignanello” from the highly vaunted 2021 vintage, but it is highly limited. We built them as 6-packs only, but at $40 a bottle, these are a huge value for both Italian wine lovers and Tignanello lovers. And speaking of Tignanello, we finally have the 2021 to offer! Rated 98 by both Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate and Vinous, this is a hotly anticipated vintage. We’ve already sold half of our allotment and expect the rest to disappear today.

We have a massive selection of top California wines, starting with an epic offer of Abreu! I can’t remember the last time we had this much Abreu in a single offer. We also got another great collection of Bryant Family, which includes the extremely rare Cabernet Franc! There are other favorites like Marcassin, Kistler, and SQN to go around, along with a fun vertical of Seavey!

We close with an elite group of wines from Petrus, DRC, and a single bottle of Lafon Montrachet (this was listed incorrectly last week, so we’re listing it correctly now). Don’t hesitate to ask for photos from this last group; they are all in tremendous condition!
