Heating Up

Hello Collectors,

As you’ve seen from our recent offers, there’s a lot happening at Cellar Trading, and more exciting things are on the horizon. Today’s offer brings a diverse selection from some top-notch producers, including an exceptional collection of aged Alban wines—a rarity for us. We’re also featuring favorites like Colgin, Scarecrow, and Masseto, along with a tempting slice of Bordeaux that’s sure to disappear in a flash.

Speaking of Bordeaux, our selection boasts well-stored names such as Palmer, Margaux, Palmer, and LLC, the latter covering a trio of legendary vintages. The French hit parade continues with attractively priced Rayas, Andre Brunel, Raveneau (from the 2014 vintage!), and Jerome Prevost. Italy also contributes a strong lineup, including the recently released 99-point Ornellaia, two vintages of Masseto, the 100-point Vietti, Giuseppe Rinaldi, and Aldo Conterno.

California steals the show in today’s offer, with an extensive array of offerings and vintages boasting impeccable provenance. The highlight is undoubtedly the rare and mesmerizing wines of John Alban. These generous and powerful wines have always been elusive, but we have selections dating back to the 1990s! Additionally, we’re showcasing a pair of legendary early releases from another Santa Barbara star, Sine Qua Non, from the late 1990s.

We’re also thrilled to present outstanding offerings from cult powerhouses like Colgin, Scarecrow, Schrader, and Shafer’s magical Hillside Select—a wine that holds a special place for me, as it was one of the first wines that truly captivated me over 20 years ago. And let’s not forget the delightful selections from Continuum, Dana, Futo, Grace, and Washington star Quilceda Creek.
