One End to the Other

Hello Collectors,

It’s incredible that we can put together an offer that includes wines priced from $80 to $20,000, but that’s how broad the wine market is, and so is our client base. Today’s offer focuses on California, Burgundy, and Italy, all of which showcase renowned names and great values. I’m particularly excited about today’s offer, as most of the wines are priced under $300.

The headline producer for the day is Scarecrow, with a stellar lineup from Lokoya following that, and a pair from Mayacamas as well. For those seeking exceptional value, we offer a trio of vintages from Merus (a definite gem for California insiders), and a trio from Andy Erickson’s latest creation, Highest Beauty. We conclude with a couple of highly rated finds from Cade and Cliff Lede’s Poetry.

Italy shines with a vertical from Bartolo Mascarello – certainly a rare offer from us. There are also delightful odds and ends from Giacomo Conterno and Flaccianello by Fontodi. For enthusiasts of Wine Spectator’s #1 Wine of the Year, we offer the 2023 winner, 2018 Argiano Brunello, in magnum!

We close with an exceptionally strong lineup from Burgundy in both reputation and price. Headlined by DRC, which includes a 100-point Romanee Conti, 99-point La Tache, and a 96-point Grands Echezeaux. This is followed by a stellar lineup of values from Chevillon (my personal favorite!), D’angerville, Mugneret-Gibourg (back to 99!), and Marquis D’angerville.
