New Arrivals: Aged Burgundy
Hello Collectors,
We’ve had a whirlwind 2025 thus far – we’ve added some fantastic new additions that represent the deep collecting acumen of UOVO’s broad spectrum of clients. Ranging from top Burgundy and Bordeaux to Italy and California, we are happy to report the demand is strong for the best growers from every collectible region.
Since the response to aged Barolo of Monday’s offer was so incredibly positive, we thought we’d turn our attention to Burgundy and what we believe is best for current and near-term drinking. We’ve added an amazing selection of accessible vintages just in the last week, and even better, almost all are in stock and ready to add to your storage or ship to you.
Our favorites include the pristine 1999 Rousseau Clos St. Jacques (photos available upon request); the verticals of Tremblay Beaux-Monts and Mongeard-Mugneret Echezeaux; Roulot’s classic Charmes and Perrieres, house favorite Faiveley’s Clos Vougeot, and Fourrier continues to amaze us with great bottlings at still-reasonable pricing. If you need to stock up for an upcoming Burgundy fete, we’ve got you! Don’t miss the under $100 selections – d’Angerville, Clerget, Faiveley, and Lafarge consistently provide so much pleasure at this price point.
All of these selections will taste even better in a Grassl stem – believe us – we are enjoying our test drive, putting these glasses through their paces and we are still in awe of their seemingly impossible marriage of durability and featherweight elegance!
