New Additions
Aged Bordeaux, Cult Burgundy, California & More!
Hello Collectors,
It’s been a whirlwind week! We have added an incredible array of new additions to the Cellar Trading inventory including an impressive range of aged Bordeaux from affordable daily drinkers to top first-growth vintages including verticals of pristine Lafite and Latour. If you’ve been waiting for Bordeaux to drink now or to add to your storage, now is the chance to fill your cart!
Delving into Burgundy, two of our favorite producers, Bouley and Lamy, represent our latest acquisitions. We strongly believe that both growers are hitting that sweet spot of incredible Pommard, Volnay, and St. Aubin yet somehow managing to perform an impossible task: keeping their prices out of the stratosphere and retaining their cult-like status.
Onto the Golden State – the massive vertical of Shafer Hillside takes center stage. To us, Shafer Hillside has always been that collectible old-school Napa cab that is irresistible out of the gate but when given the time to age, it’s just so spectacular without being overbearing. The style retains all of the great things about classic Napa cabs – elegance, age-worthiness, and balance but with the hedonistic appeal of the newer-styled cabernets. Verticals of aged Opus One and Caymus Special Selection round out a domestic list that has 4 100-pointers!
Pro tip: don’t miss the lineup of Rayas and the Dauvissat Chablis for a steal of a price! Today’s list is just a portion of all the new wines we’ve added, and we encourage you to browse everything here!
