Bordeaux: New Additions, Hidden Gems

Hello Collectors,

As devastating wildfires continue to threaten Bordeaux’s vineyards and surrounding communities, we wanted to do something to help. A portion of today’s sales will be donated to World Central Kitchen, whose teams are providing meals to first responders and others on the front lines of the fires in both the Bordeaux region and near Madrid. If you would like to donate directly, please visit WCK’s Wildfire Hub.

Today’s offer brings together a month of exceptional new arrivals, along with a number of hidden gems from Bordeaux. We’ve got mature classic to recent releases, and it is one of our strongest Bordeaux selections of the summer.

Among the highlights are the perfect 2005 Château Cheval Blanc 3L and 2005 La Mission Haut-Brion, the 2000 Château Ausone, 2000 Château Lafleur, and 2018 Château Palmer 3L, each from legendary vintages. Collectors will also find beautifully mature bottles such as 1986 Ducru-Beaucaillou, 1990 Figeac, 1995 Latour, and 1998 Léoville Las Cases, alongside storage candidates including 2022 Château Angélus, 2019 Trotanoy, 2020 La Fleur-Pétrus, 2021 Domaine de Chevalier, and 2020 L’If at a newly reduced price. Rounding out the offer are several large-format bottles – including Carruades de Lafite, Clinet, Montrose, and Palmer – as well as the always hard-to-find 2020 Le Petit Cheval Blanc (Cheval Blanc’s sumptuous white) in both 750ml and magnum.

As always, we are happy to hold wines until weather permits shipping.
