When we are offered Pinot from one of the U.S.’s storied estates, we sprint as fast as Gabby Thomas to secure it, especially when it is the one and only Pisoni. This is what American Pinot Noir should be – perfectly balanced, extremely age-worthy, limited production, still family-owned and operated, and considered by the cognoscenti to be one of the greatest Pinot estates in the U.S.  Pisoni’s Estate Pinot Noir has historically been allocated bottle by bottle, so we are thrilled that the day has come where we can offer more than just a few!

Gary Pisoni is a living legend – he has been making wine for almost 50 years, with the Estate Pinot debuting in 1998. Farmers at heart, Gary and his talented sons, Mark and Jeff, are carrying on the legacy faithfully with each glorious vintage of the singular estate release. Representing 5 estate vineyards and vines that are 25+ years old, only 680 cases were made of the “outrageously beautiful” (VM) 2021.  Built to age a decade or more, previous vintages have sold out in less than 2 hours, so I recommend not waiting on this!
