Vintage 2022 Burgundy

It’s rare that we offer wines of a single vintage from a single region (except for Bordeaux En Primeur), but thankfully we have been buying wisely lately, and have assembled a very attractive offer of 2022 Burgundy! There is a lot to love in today’s offer, from the quality of the producers, and right on up through the pricing that seems to have come down a bit from last year. It’s been a while since we’ve had any kind of volume to offer from many of these names, but fortunately, that’s another bright spot of the vintage. It’s with strong advice that we tell you- please act quickly.

Bachelet remains my favorite producer for over-delivering every step of the way up the scale. Another producer that seems to hit at every level (and offers up some exceptional values to match) is Lafarge. I’ve had the good fortune in the last couple of years to taste both vaunted and lesser-known years for this historic Volnay estate, and they just always seem to hit it every time! Not be outmatched in Volnay, we have a great lineup from d’Angerville that should not be overlooked.

We have our last little bits of Chevillon and Jobard that we hope find good homes today. There are some really exciting pieces of Méo-Camuzet (all the top 3 wines), Roulot, and Roumier that will easily find new homes today too! For those looking for value, there is a great selection of producers for you, all of whom we love:  Camillie Thieriet, Didier Fornernol, Dominique Lafon, Pavelot, and Vocoret, all under $60 a bottle!
