The Monday Offer
In-Stock, High Scoring Gems
Hello Collectors,
Happy New Year! We are starting 2025 with a range of highly rated selections that you may have overlooked during the hectic lead-up to all the seasonal festivities, and we’re focusing particularly on bottles with a bit of age on them. Best of all, these are in-stock and ready to ship! Prices are sharp – so don’t miss this opportunity to re-stock your post-holiday depleted cellar.
First – don’t overlook the 100-point 2009 L’Evangile – at a US low price! Burgundy is well-represented by a range of Fourrier from village to Grand Cru, with 3 selections from the 2015 vintage as well as 4 bottlings of Roulot’s classic Meursaults. Italy and Rhône are short but very sweet: Giacomo Conterno’s single vineyard magnums of Cerretta and Arione and single bottles of 2009 Allemand Cornas Reynard (97 WA) and Cerbaiona’s 98-pt Brunello.
The domestic lineup here is spectacular – 5 wines all rated 99-100 points, including 2 vintages of Abreu Madrona, Aubert’s 2017 Lauren chardonnay, plus 2 of Aubert’s other highly rated bottlings; fantastically age worthy cabernets Bevan, Bella Oaks, and Schrader, all which are gorgeous now but could benefit from further cellaring. We’ve got singular bottles left of the 100-pointers of the 2016 VHR and the 2014 Cayuse Bionic Frog, and just a bit of 2018 Dominus (99 WA) left. This is a great opportunity to scoop up some single bottles from growers you’ve been wanting to try for the first time or revisit!
